Italian Vegetable Soup

  • 1 lb. ground beef 
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 t. oregano
  • 1/4 t. basil
  • 1/4 t. seasoned salt
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 3 c. hot water

Brown meat in pot. Add all other ingredients and cook in crock pot 6 hours on low, or simmer slowly on the stove for 3 hours covered. 

Cook 1 cup of rotini (or macaroni) and add to soup with 1/4 c. parmesan cheese during the last 15 minutes before serving. (You can also use more macaroni if you add a little more water.
