1 lb ground beef 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb bite sized pasta 2 C. mozzarella cheese 1 C. chopped spinach (optional) 1 can/jar of favorite marinara sauce
Brown meat with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. At the same time, cook pasta. In a skillet, put a layer of pasta (1/2 of the pasta). Then a layer of meat, spinach, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of cheese. Then a second layer of pasta, sauce and cheese. Cover and cook on medium heat on stove until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
