Garlic (can use garlic powder)                                                                                                 1 tsp. Cumin                                                                                                                        Optional: cheese, sour cream, green onions, etc.

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Place all ingredients in crock pot – cook 4 to 6 hours until meat is cooked and mix is at the desired consistency. Serve in tortillas, or with rice, or with pasta and salad.

This is very versatile – you can use more or less of any ingredients, or add whatever else you like. This works with what you have on hand.
