French Dip Sandwiches

2 cans beef consomme (similar to broth, but thicker. You can find it in the same area at the store)

2-3 lb. rump roast

Cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-7 hours.

Serve on hoagies with cheese and horseradish sauce (optional) and dip in hot juice from meat.
