Teriyaki Chicken

3/4 C. Soy Sauce

1/4 C. Vegetable Oil

3 T. Brown Sugar

1/2 t. Ground Ginger

1/2 t. Garlic Powder

1 lb boneless chicken or 2-3 lb bone in chicken

In large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or over night, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. When the oven is ready, place chicken and marinade in a foil lined baking dish and bake, covered for 30 minutes. Turn and bake another 10-15 or until cooked through.
